Thank you for shopping at CoreCuddle (www.corecuddle.pk). We take great pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, we are here to help you resolve the issue efficiently under our standard policy guidelines.
1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a strict 7-day return and exchange policy. If your product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Requests received after 7 days will unfortunately not be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.
2. Mandatory Video Proof for Claims
To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure transparency, you must record a continuous unboxing video while opening your courier parcel for the very first time. This video is mandatory to claim any return or refund. The video must clearly show:
- The sealed courier flyer and shipping label before opening.
- The actual condition of the product inside as it is taken out.
- Any visible damages, faults, or proof of a wrong item.

3. Strict Hygiene Policy (Non-Returnable Items)
Due to strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations across Pakistan, lingerie, innerwear, undergarments, and shapewear items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered. We only accept a return on these specific items if your mandatory unboxing video clearly proves that the item arrived damaged or incorrect from our warehouse before you handled it.
4. Conditions for Eligible Returns
For non-lingerie products (such as watches, kids’ wear, and general accessories) to qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and manual certificates (especially for premium watches).
5. Processing Refunds
Once your returned item is safely received at our head office in Lahore and passes our quality inspection, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via your preferred method (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash) within 5 to 7 working days. Please note that original shipping/delivery charges are non-refundable.
