What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return policy if you receive a damaged, faulty, or completely different product from what you ordered. You must notify our team within 7 days of receiving the parcel to claim a return or refund.

What is the proof required to claim a return or refund?

To claim a return for a damaged or incorrect product, you must record a video while opening the courier parcel for the first time. This unboxing video serves as valid proof and must be emailed directly to our claims department at complaints@corecuddle.pk or sent to our WhatsApp within 7 days.

Can I return or exchange lingerie items?

Due to strict health and hygiene regulations, lingerie, innerwear, and shapewear items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once delivered. A return is only accepted if your unboxing video proves that the item arrived damaged or incorrect from our warehouse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan so you can pay safely in cash when the parcel reaches your doorstep. For advance payment options like bank transfers or mobile wallets, you can contact our finance team.
